Records Destruction Notice 8/25/2022
Payson Unified School District would like to inform all parents of students and former students who have been in special education programs, or had 504 papers, of the destruction of records. Destruction of records will take place four weeks after notice date. The maintenance of records is only required for five years after which all special education data and information regarding students who have withdrawn, transferred, or graduated from the district will be destroyed. Parents and/or students who have reached the age of 18 have the right to review the records and obtain copies of information needed.
